Instructional Design Document
IDD:
BioChar Production eCourse
I created this blueprint IDD as a outline for my client to be able to have an overall idea of the outline, outcomes and layout of the eCourse on BioChar Production. This document is shared with permission from the stakeholder.
Information in this course blueprint was summarized from my analysis of the whole problem and company goals, meeting with the project SME and was ultimately approved by the stakeholder.
I used Canva to make this document more easily accessible.
Scripts
Script:
Intro to Glutaraldehyde
I created this script as a companion piece to the Glutaraldehyde job aid found under the 'Job Aids and Infographics' tab on this website.
The intention here was to make a script for a micro-learning video that introduced Glutaraldehyde and hazards associated with it. This script also comes with expansion ideas for other modules or lessons at the end of the document.
I used Google Docs to make this document more easily accessible and editable by shareholders.
Storyboards
Storyboard:
BioChar eCourse
This visual storyboard was created for a BioChar Production eCourse for Hello Farm and posted here with permission from the farm.
A challenge I found when designing this course was to make it accessible to the wide age range that the farm wants this to be accessible to. I overcame this challenge by basing the course around scenario based learning with gamified and branching scenarios.
Using brand colors, I designed the visuals using Canva and Google Docs to create a blueprint for a designer to look at in order to design the course using Lectora.
The full script for the course can be found under the link on the title slide of the document.
Storyboard:
Make Your Own Mala eCourse
This storyboard was created to support the making of a Rise eCourse for a customer who wanted an outline of the course in an easily accessible and to see the outline of the course. (Please see under eLearning for the final course).
This outline linked to the left was created with "Pages" to show how transitions would work within Rise. The client preferred to have a Google Doc outline for the storyboard so that the information they wanted to include could be directly included in the eCourse.
The full storyboard as a Google Document can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1a22tTvJ6JWi9DXv-6qH6rC7NT9WAhuMt6DEq6zsAje0/edit#heading=h.dticyhf0r9xs
